In trial classes, one of our teachers teaches your kid for 2 weeks. If your kid, didn't like the teacher or teaching method, we won't charge you at all. If the kid likes the teacher and his teaching method, after 2 weeks we will charge you with a 1-month tuition fee. Our teachers are highly paid teachers, we won't be able to spend their time in trial classes and don't pay them.
Every parent is billed for tuition fees at the end of the month. We will not refund the tuition fee in the end of the month, but if you have paid advance tuition fee, and want to refund before the month-end, we will refund the tuition fee.
We lineup with the time of the student. At the time when student is available for classes, we fix that time. Every day, we will teach at those particular hours. The weekend will be off.
We have a portal for parent as well as for students. All the assignments and test marks goes to that portal, so the parent can check their student performance in their own portal.
There isn't much required for a online classes. All you need is computer or tablet, a good internet connection, and a Skype account. There are also an alternative available to skype, just in case, skype is not available in your area.
In short words Yes! We have to analyze your capability, for example, you have not read basic Noorani Qaida yet and you want to learn Quran Tafseer, that would be not possible. If you are studying Quran Nazra and you also want to memorize, that is possible.
Yes! you have to put a request one day prior, and you can take a leave. if you want to take leave for more then 2 days, It has to be discussed first, as some courses can not have a long break.
Missing mobile purchase
If you purchased a course on iOS or Android, it's possible that the course was not registered to your account. Please email your purchase receipt to helpyou@educo.com.
